Our food is simple, fresh & rustic – Authentic Italian food combined with fresh local produce that give amazing results.
Dine in our laid back family friendly warehouse styled restaurant with our kitchen open for all to see. Sit on our reclaimed (from church pews) wooden bench seating and tables (you will find some on the walls too!) and watch our chefs work with passion.
Our professional gas & wood burning ovens have been hand made by Forni Ceky, the leading Italian manufacturer of hand crafted ovens for pizza baking. For more than three generations the company has been creating its products entirely by hand - brick by brick.
Our pizza is a hybrid yeast and sourdough proofed for over 48 hours. This long proofing time with cooking at intense heat of up to 500°c produces a moist, light, digestible crust which is aromatic and delicious!

The Isle of Man’s first true tea shop, The Tea Junction, offers you the opportunity to sample and purchase over twenty varieties of loose leaf tea and infusions of the highest grade. Most of our teas are sourced from Pekoe Tea, a small family run supplier based in Edinburgh who trade ethically with small companies and estates guaranteeing the freshest and highest quality teas available.
In addition to tea we also make a great cup of coffee and we have a host of other homemade indulgent treats to delight and stimulate your taste buds.

Our chefs excel by cooking with the best local and imported ingredients available, achieving a fine balance of both traditional and contemporary cuisine, complimented by our carefully selected wine list.
Dine in style in our Conservatory Restaurant in which we have now banned smoking or enjoy a quiet drink in a relaxing atmosphere in the bar which is open throughout the
day and until Midnight.
Our dishes are all freshly prepared on the premises, using ingredients sourced from the Isle of Man wherever possible. As the Island is surrounded by the Irish Sea, we also try to utilise a variety of freshly caught seafood supplied by Devereau & Sons.

The Fish House Diner offers a comfortable place where you can sit down, relax and enjoy the highest quality local fresh fish, simply cooked and served at a fair price. Since opening it has had some great reviews and is fast becoming a local favourite renowned for its Queenie Spring Rolls, Thai Crab cakes and Smoked Haddock Scotch Eggs.
The diner comfortably seats up to 20 people and is popular at lunchtimes and weekends as food is served all day. Breakfast is served first thing with local favourites such as Manx Kippers available – a real Manx breakfast. You can grab a light bite if pushed for time or take longer with some nibbles followed by a main course.
We cater for adults and children alike and we love to see the kids tucking into our local fish dishes! Current favourites include classic Moules Frites, Manx Queenies with Chorizo and Paddy’s very own Fish House Fish Pie topped with golden mash potato.

The hotel is a “free house” and has two bars. The residents lounge bar is in the true tradition of the public house where guests can enjoy the magnificent views across the bay and relax in front of an open fire with a pint of real ale or one of over 60 varieties of malt whiskys.
The Gladstone Restaurant offers an extensive a la carte menu with lighter snacks being served in the lounge bar. The ever-popular Sunday Lunch Carvery is served in the elegant, Victorian style dining room The Milner Suite. Locally sourced produce is used wherever possible.

Here at Tandoor Indian restaurant in Douglas, the chef creates and provides our guest with the authentic cuisine from Northern and southern parts of India, famous for its clay oven dishes and exotic curries. We trust your visit at Tandoor will be reminiscent of the traditional cuisine of India served by our staff.
What is Tandoor?
The igloo-shaped clay oven known as the tandoor is most closely identified with Indian cooking. This is an excellent method of baking meats, poultry, fish and bread.
The meat, poultry or fish is first marinated in a roseate spice mixture, and then impaled on long skewers that are lowered into the tandoor. Sheets of bread dough, called Naan, are also slapped against the sides of the oven and peeled off when crisply charred and blistered.

The Thirsty Pigeon, is a family run pub serving local and guest Real Ales and a wide range on wines and spirits. Opened in 2013, it has become known for its customer service and the extra mile the committed staff will go for their clientele.

14North opened its doors in August 2010 with the simple aim of showcasing the finest produce the Isle of Man's farmers and artisanal suppliers have to offer. Though a few things have changed since we first launched, our commitment to seasonal, fresh and locally sourced produce remains our biggest driving force for everyone from our kitchen team through to our head chef and our friendly and welcoming front of house staff.
We are located on Douglas' North Quay in a beautiful old Manx building that has been redesigned using zinc, wood and brick to provide a laid back setting for any event; whether an express business lunch, candlelit date night or a celebratory meal with friends. We always strive to provide the warmest possible welcome and genuine hospitality, no matter what the occasion.
