Fish Specialist
One of the island’s favourites, Braye Chippy is adjacent to the inner harbour. With a selection of yummy food, the Braye Chippy is open in the evenings all year round to provide you with classic fish-shop delicacies. They also run special Burger fest, Moules and Frites, Bean jar and Chilli Con Carne deal nights.

Bars & Inns, Yacht Club
The club is a focal point for visiting yachtsmen, motor boaters and their crews and has an active junior section. We cater for different sailing interests, ranging from dinghy sailing to blue water cruising.
With a fleet of Lasers, Mirrors and Laser Picos – mostly owned by the club – junior members are especially welcome and RYA instructors run courses during the summer.
The recently refurbished clubhouse, with its stunning sail deck overlooking Braye Harbour, is a popular first port of call where all visiting crews are guaranteed a warm reception.

The Marais Hall, the oldest pub on Alderney, has an enviable reputation for good food that has been built over many years and is a popular venue for meals with locals and visitors alike.
The varied menu offers traditional homemade meals and old favourites such as succulent steaks, lasagne and local seafood, including freshly caught crab and lobster, all of which can be served in the restaurant or bar area.
The Marais Hall also has a great selection of lagers, beers, cask ales and spirits.

Established in 1847, the Divers Inn in Braye Street is steeped in the history of Alderney.
We are continuing with the tradition by offering a wide selection of wines by the glass, as well as beers, spirits and soft drinks on sale all day every day for your enjoyment either in our traditional stone floored pub where, on those days you would rather be inside, we light our fires to give a warmer welcome or outside on our balcony on warmer days overlooking Braye Bay. We offer a full bar food menu, 7 days a week and all our food is freshly cooked for you.
The Divers Inn is the only pub on Alderney with direct access to any beach, and as the closest pub to Braye harbour, just 4 minutes, we are your first stop.
