If you have never visited lerwick and the Shetland Islands then we strongly suggest that you put them on your bucket list as soon as possible.

Sometimes there can be a little effort on visiting places, but the reward at the end of the journey can be so rewarding. The Shetland Islands are very rewarding and offer a different experience.

The islands have been favourite and welcoming ports of call for sailors for many years and continue to be. However, there are lots of different ways to visit these islands, so a great bucket list entry has to be Lerwick and the Shetland Islands.

We are considering coming to Lerwick and the Orkney Islands later this year (In the Summer) Is there a "Best month or week to come? ie festivals etc. We are quite flexible on our dates.

Put Lerwick on your list to do if you have never been. People very friendly. We visited for the first time last year and will be coming again this summer.

Regular visitor to lewrick. If you have not been here before its somewhere you must visit at least once in a lifetime. We have to travel far and wide to get here, but we keep coming back.
