The Royal Breakwater Hotel has 19 rooms, some en-suite, offering singles, doubles, twins & small bunk rooms. All have Colour TV's and tea & coffee making facilities. There are two bars open to the public serving food all day and evening. Breakfast is available from 7:00 am for residents and non-residents. There is ample parking right outside the hotel. The sea is just 100 feet from the building, making it an ideal base for anyone using the sea - divers... windsurfers... sailors... anglers - they all find us the perfect place to stay. Castletown beach, and its free slipway, are just 100 feet away.

We're also conveniently placed for anyone visiting Weymouth & Portland Sailing Acadamy, Portland Port and HMPS Weare, England's only Prison ship. Portland Castle, one of Henry VIII's finest Coastal fortresses, is virtually on our doorstep.

The Boat That Rocks is a newly refurbished restaurant/bar/cafe/cocktail bar in Portland marina, that regularly features live bands on our outdoor stage which is next to our new outdoor bar. Premium beers and lagers, good quality food made with fresh, local ingredients with a chilled atmosphere and friendly, entertaining staff.

L and O's is a charming and comfortable Portland bistro, situated in a convenient location in Weston. It has been owned and run by Ozzie & Lin since 2005, a husband-and-wife team with more than 30 years of catering experience. Both are passionate about food and, between them, they will do their utmost to ensure that your visit is an enjoyable and memorable occasion.
Lin takes care of all the front of house organisation and you will always be assured of a warm welcome from her. Lin is a genuine people person who gets real pleasure from seeing others enjoying themselves.
The kitchen is Ozzie's domain. He has his own philosophy of food and loves everything to do with food preparation, sourcing the best seasonal produce from local producers and suppliers, meat from the local butcher and personally visiting the fishmonger on a daily basis. These ingredients provide the foundation for Ozzie's repertoire of dishes that are well prepared, innovatively cooked and well presented.
