The Village Restaurant
The Village Restaurant started life over 27 years ago and is one of Plymouth’s oldest seafood restaurants and has established a well deserved reputation in Plymouth for serving the finest fish and seafood dishes, as well as local meat, poultry and game with an Grecian twist. Our menu offers a fresh new approach to fine dining and the Village Restaurant aims to provide a relaxed dining experience whilst serving the best food from a continually changing and diverse menu. The Village Restaurant's owner and head chef Melis Ioannou along with chef Said specialises in locally caught seafood, and take real pleasure in bringing to the Village Restaurant 'good honest food with a difference' using local produce that always reflects the season. With a keen interest in making the most of the locality and the produce it has to offer, only the best are used, ingredients from local area's are gathered and plated in a matter of hours to ensure the seasonality of the wild produce. With a well thought out wine list to compliment your menu which regularily changes, along with great service, one can look forward to food cooked to perfection and a lunch or evening of something just that little bit special.
