Situated at the mouth of the river Plym, Plymouth Yacht Haven offers good protection from the prevailing winds and is within close proximity of Plymouth Sound. This 450 berth marina can accommodate vessels up to 45m in length and 7m draught.
Members of staff are on site 24hrs a day to welcome you as a visitor and to serve diesel.
Within easy access are several coastal walks, a golf course, and health centre with heated swimming pool. The city of Plymouth and historic Barbican are just a short water-taxi ride away.
With a 75ton travel hoist, undercover storage, and extensive range of marine services onsite, Plymouth Yacht Haven has the perfect yard for any maintenance required.

If you are looking for a quick efficient hassle free lifting facility for your boat, and are fed up with dealing with the large marina’s who are mainly very expensive and have a very unaccommodating attitude towards the normal boating fraternity then look no further Our aim is to provide a quick efficient and very competitive lifting facility whether your looking for long term or a quick lift out for maintenance and antifouling. We do not charge for holding in the slings for up to 24hrs.
The first of its kind in the UK unique mooring service 100+ deepwater trot and swinging moorings at Mount Edgecumbe (Oil Steps) and Torpoint Yacht Harbour. Owners using this facility are able to use, free of charge, our courtesy taxi rib to go to and from their boat without the need or the hassle of a dinghy. This service runs in conjunction with our other marina at Torpoint Yacht Harbour from the 1st April through to mid October on the hour 9am to 9pm seven days a week subject to weather and tide. Customers can also store their dinghy's and outboards safely at Southdown Marina as part of the service, should they wish.

Within the confines of the harbour walls, the harbour was dredged to a depth of 2 meters below chart datum. The harbour is laid out for 30', 35' and 40' boats giving berthing for around 70 vessels. All of the pontoon berths have water and electricity facilities. Beyond the outer harbour are laid 100 + swinging and trot moorings. Owners using this facility are able to use, FREE OF CHARGE, OUR COURTESY TAXI RIB BOAT TO GO TO AND FROM THEIR BOAT WITHOUT THE NEED FOR A DINGHY, which operates from 1st April to the end of October, on the hour 9am to 9pm seven days a week, but can also store their dinghies safely at the harbour if they wish. Other facilities included are the same as our marina birth holder's facilities; toilets, showers, car parking, pick up water and 24 hour CCTV security at the harbour, which covers the majority of our moorings

Plymouth is well known as a City of the Sea and has played a major role in seafaring voyages around the world. Queen Anne's Battery (QAB) is therefore a popular marina with long-term berth holders and many visitors during the summer months. Offering outstanding facilities for yachtsmen and motor cruisers alike, it has 280 permanent berths for boats up to 19 metres and a visitors' area with alongside pontoon berthing. Besides a chandlery, brokerage and yacht charter, there is a provisions shop selling essential items as well as a cafe, bar and restaurant. QAB is also home to the Royal Western Yacht Club and many international short-handed yacht races start and finish here, including the single-handed Transatlantic Race, the Round Britain Race and the finish of the prestigious Rolex Fastnet Race.
