Liverpool One Bridewell, set in an iconic Grade II Listed former jailhouse in Campbell Square, Argyle Street, has a unique and somewhat chequered past. Built in the late 1850s and notoriously haunted by some of its former inmates, it was built to house up to 40 prisoners manacled in a standing position in each cell!
But now,as well as being a fantastic pub with an outstanding restaurant, function room and courtyard, we have the best staff in town who always guarantee the very best customer service experience.
