Our varied menu means you will never be stuck for choice. Throughout the week we offer delicious gourmet burgers along with classic dishes with a slight contemporary twist and weekly specials.
We are also proud to showcase the best Argyllshire produce in our dishes. Venison from the hills, hand-dived Loch Fyne scallops and locally caught and smoked salmon to name a few.
We strive to prepare all of our dishes in-house using fresh produce. From the tomato & olive bread to BBQ dip, and all of our desserts. You'll never be disappointed at what we have to offer.
Restaurants
Our shellfish comes from the West Coast of Scotland if possible and Loch Fyne in particular. Our Beef is Scottish born, raised and slaughtered and hung for 21 days to give extra flavour and tenderness. Our bread is homemade and all dishes are made daily. Wherever possible we change our menu each day. We also cater for special diets – all we need is some notice. If you have special requests we will be happy to discuss them with you, just let us know when booking!

William and David Chan established Golden Sea over 30 years ago, and is still ran by the same family to this day.
It has always been popular with the locals and was always full of Americans when the Naval Base was stationed here .
People come from all over for the great food , and a very friendly atmosphere and greeting is bestowed upon everyone who visits here.
To avoid disappointment , I would strongly advise booking ahead during the summer months because it is one of those places you will want to return to over and over again.
Jackie Chan and the rest of his family look forward to welcoming you in the not to distant future.
