Marina Badalona, SA, is a commercial company set up on 23 May 2000, initially with public capital, for an indefinite period. Its corporate purpose is the integrated management of the town planning and financial aspects of the process of remodelling and development of Badalona sea front, including the construction, running and management of the city's marina and fishing port. The company is 50% owned by Badalona City Council and 50% by the Barcelonés County Council. Marina de Badalona holds the concession to manage and run the Port - a concession it obtained from the Executive Council of the Government of Catalonia on 22 January 2002 - and it is, by agreement of a full meeting of the city council, the town planning administration acting for the co-operation process managing the Badalona Port Special Plan.

Our facilities and services
We currently have more than 1,000 moorings for craft between 8 and 22 metres in length, 6,000m2 of space devoted to sailing, 4,000m2 of facilities for dinghy sailing and a fishing harbour with space for 34 vessels. Port Masnou is the benchmark for the whole coastline for the sale of top names, both sailing and motor boats, for nautical services, rigging, electronics, motors and more; because it has the widest range of used craft for sale, being considered the top second–hand market in Spain, and naturally it meets all our customers needs, with excellent restaurants, shops and ancillary services.
