Converted from the former headquarters of Bristol's river police, directly on the harbourside, riverstation is one of the city's most stylish eating establishments. The building has won several national and civic awards for its bold modern architecture; the dramatic use of planar glass, marble and stainless steel accentuates the uncompromisingly bright and contemporary feel.
The upper-floor restaurant offers menus that combine innovative creativity with dependable favourites, changing on a daily basis depending on the availability of fresh, local ingredients. Open every day of the week for lunch, early evening 'café hour' and Ă la carte supper, there is also daytime brunch service at the weekend and a bargain Sunday lunch (just Ł18.75 for three courses). The White Lion in Portishead has parts dating back 300 years. Formerly the old mill, the original mill stone is set in the surrounding wall. The wall surrounding the pub was once the sea wall and the tide came right up to it, hence the former water mill.
The pub is just a 5 minute walk from the marina ind serves a range of bar meals including steaks, mixed grills and home made food. We have a good selection of beers and lagers and have a very friendly atmosphere with a good mix of young and old. We also have Sky TV showing all major sporting events.

Our rib range are second to none and built to last, GRP structural chassis, moulded hulls and decks mean that with a Menai Rib you know your hull interior is not degrading from the first time you put it in the water.
Menai also build the Sea Ranger Rigid tubed boat. Extremely stylish and purpose full. It is a positive buoyancy boat that is equal to any rib, but the solid tubes do not puncture, and contain storage hatches. The benefits to this boat are numerous and we have yet to find a down side.
Menai Marine are also builders of modern fishing and sports boats. Continuously developing but all in keeping with the same philosophy, 4x4’s for the sea. With comfort and style.
