A woman who fell overboard from a dinghy in the Firth of Forth was located using direction finding equipment to track a VHF radio on the dinghy. The woman spent half an hour in the water clinging on to the back of the dinghy and was about to succumb to hypothermia. A Kinghorn RNLI crew member jumped into the water to rescue her. A girl who had been on board was also taken to hospital
