Humberside Coastguards are searching for two charity swimmers off the Suffolk coast. Over 130 people took part in the event during which dozens had to be pulled from the sea after suffering hypothermia.
As yet there have been no reported fatalities.
A spokeswoman for the Maritime Coastguard Agency told the press, 'We are still trying to account for two people who started the race.”
It is unclear how the swimmers got into difficulty. Conditions were reportedly fine but the water was cold.
