Russian scuba diver Sergi Gorbunov missed his pet dachshund so much whilst at work he had a special diving suit complete with helmet made for him. He has since taught Boniface to dive.
It is uncertain exactly how much Boniface actually enjoys the sub aqua experience as although he barks eagerly whilst waking to go in the water, once submerged he has been heard making a high pitched whining noise.
However Mr Gorbunov is adamant that his best friend enjoys diving with him and said, 'Underwater, I don't think he experiences any stress.'
