RUSSIAN INVENTS VODKA PILLS
Russian scientists have developed a process that can turn virtually any kind of liquid solution into powder and, because they are Russians they’ve used it to make vodka pills. Apparently the pills have been created so people can measure how much alcohol they consume and has been tested on liquor containing up to 96% alcohol
Evgeny Moskalev of Saint Petersburg Technological University said of his invention, 'We have developed a technology that allowed us to turn any liquid solution into powder,'.
Only in Russia. We should brace ourselves for some terrible drunken states.
