The Bembridge RNLI lifeboat ‘The Frank and Anne Wilkinson’ pulled a 36ft yacht – the ‘Arcadia’ - clear of Bembridge Harbour after the yacht’s engine failed and her anchor began to drag in a Force 5 easterly. The yacht was towed to Portsmouth Harbour with four people aboard as the water level had been insufficient for the yacht to enter Bembridge Harbour.
