RACING CAR CRASHES INTO ATLANTIC
A racing driver has survived crashing a Ferrari Enzo into the Atlantic Ocean. Zahir Rana was driving the 240mph car during Canada's Newfoundland Targa road race and lost control causing the vehicle to skid 180 degrees and landing in the sea.
Despite being submerged with only its gullwings visible the lucky supercar dealer and co-driver Roland Linder escaped without injury. Amazingly the car itself also suffered little damage and will be fully repaired following work on the electronics.
Zahir Rana said, 'My first thoughts were I love my Enzo and to me it's the best thing ever, but then I thanked God that I'm well and fine and it's only a car. It's not a big deal.'
