OKLAHOMA MARINA DESTROYED BY TORNADO

Sailing enthusiasts in Oklahoma have been shocked by the scenes of destruction at Little River Marina in Lake Thunderbird State Park. Following a tornado last week the marina has been closed indefinitely. It’s believed that over 250 boats have been destroyed.
Owner Bob Davis said, 'It was a direct hit. The whole marina is wrapped in a cluster. I can't even identify one dock from another.'
Bob Davis who has run the leisure facility for 20 years said that its estimated value and that it would remain closed ‘indefinitely whilst authorities assess the damage to establish if anything at all can be salvaged.
