GARY BARLOW CLOSES RECORD LABEL

Singer, songwriter, X Factor Judge and record producer, Gary Barlow has announced that is folding his music label, Future Records. The Take That star said he was making the move so he could spend more time with his family. He said he had too many other commitments. The current portfolio of artists signed to Future Records will be looked after by its parent company Universal.

41-year-old Barlow told the press: 'It's been a very difficult decision but it came down to time... I've had a lot going on recently and I want to spend more time with my family.'

He has three children with his wife Dawn – Daniel, Emily and Daisy. He was awarded an OBE earlier this year services to the entertainment industry and to charity and in November received a Music Industry Trust award for his contribution to the Music Industry.
