Diving instructor shot by gunmen in the Bahamas
51 yrs old British yachtsman and diving instructor Gary Vanhoeck was shot by gunmen who boarded his yacht in the Bahamas to carry out a robbery.
Mr Vanhoeckâs wife who was also on board the vessel was tied up in a cabin and left unharmed.
Mr Vanhoeck had given up his previous job as a computer technician and lived aboard his yacht at western New Providence nearby where he was employed as a diving instructor.
