UK Coastguard has advised people to take special care when heading for potentially difficult locations such as cliffs, rocks and mudflows. Several rescues have already taken place as a result of people becoming stuck in the mud… The UK Coastguard advice is 'Make sure you tell someone where you are going, what time you will be back and that you are dressed appropriately for this time of year. The best way you can ensure your safety and the safety of others is to avoid climbing on cliffs, mudflows or over rock falls.’
