Most of the Harbourguides Crew are off to Liverpool today to see the fleet of Clipper Round the World yachts at their starting point. We will especially be looking at yacht “Liverpool 2018” (Easy to spot as it’s PINK!!) because the skipper of this boat is Lance Shepherd, a long-time friend of the Harbourguides Crew.
Lance has sailed Harbourguides yacht “Knight Song” on several occasions, he gets more out of the boat than anyone else, he’s an extremely fast sailor and the HG Crew have always said he was born to sail.
His crew on this fantastic round the world adventure are in the safest and most competent hands possible.
Apart from his sailing skills, Lance is good to be around, loves a joke or two, extremely patient with people and “A Good Egg” as they say.
We will be following lance and his crew’s adventure aboard “Liverpool 2018” here on Harbourguides and will be keeping you updated with videos and all the happenings on this fantastic voyage.
