BRITNEY SPEARS IMORTALISED AGAIN

World famous waxwork museum, Madame Tussauds has honoured pop star Britney Spears with a brand new sculpture of her holding an award to represent her successful comeback. The 62 million album-selling pop-star, who already has several waxworks in Tussaud museums around the world, is depicted wearing a sparking dress and clutching the MTV gong she won last September.
Spokeswoman for Madame Tussauds in London, Liz Edwards said 'We are delighted to be featuring Britney at Madame Tussauds London for the second time…Her original figure captured a provocative pose from her 2001 Dream Within A Dream Tour and was extremely popular…However, she's undergone a huge transformation since then and we wanted to reflect her as she is now.'
Having spent several years garnering the wrong kind of publicity, the 27year-old former ‘Mouseketeer’ has enjoyed a welcome return to pop music form, with images of her notorious head shaving incident, drink and drug ravaged outbursts and custody wrangles set firmly behind her. The turning point was the critical and commercial success of her aptly titled sixth album ‘Circus’ and this year sees her heading up a world tour, due to touchdown at London’s 02 Arena this summer.
Meanwhile visitors to her wax counterpart can brush up on all the latest ‘Britters’ moves in the Britney Dance Chain, an interactive ‘dance tunnel’ where punters are invited to get down and dirty dance on camera. Oops!
