ATM ROBBERS BLOW UP BANK

A bunch of German bank robbers got away with nothing but the memories of a very nasty shock when they tried to blow the front of an ATM with explosives. Instead of getting their hands on a pile of filthy lucre they got black faces and reduced the bank to a pile of rubble, whilst the ATM and safe remained in-tact. They then had to flee the scene of the botched crime empty handed.
One Mecklenburg local living close to the bank had this to say, 'The explosion was so loud we thought there had been a plane crash... But when the dust settled, the bank was completely gone, a few cars were destroyed but the bank's safe was still there.'
