Annan Harbour on the Solway Firth open again after 35 years of silting up.
Visiting yachts can now call in at Annan Harbour which has been dredged by local residents hoping to revitalise the area. There is a 100 metre long quayside wall as well as a slipway with a deep channel through the river giving access +/-2h from high water which is calculated as Liverpool +1 hour.
