Happy 2021 to you all
A huge happy new year to all our advertisers and site users. We sincerely hope you had a good Christmas and new year celebration, despite the many restrictions that are in place.
2020 seemed like the year that would never end.... but it’s finally over, and I think it’s safe to say that we all have big hopes and dreams for 2021.
Although the pandemic is sadly still very much with us, the good news is that a few different vaccines are being rolled out right now and these should hopefully help make for a more normal and safer year ahead, fingers crossed.
As hinted at in previous emails, 2021 is going to see some really exciting new features added to Harbour Guides, but most important of all will be the addition of our Book a Berth, Book a Room and Book a Meal options. These really will add a whole new dimension to our site as you’ll be able to plan ahead and make your bookings without leaving the Harbour Guides site.
We think this is going to be a fantastic new addition to the site and one that both our advertisers and site users will really benefit from. It’ll make bookings quicker and simpler...which can only be good news for business! We’ll let you all know as soon as this is ready to launch. We can’t wait!
Talking of good news for business, you can already see that people are itching to make up for last year’s lost vacations, maybe planning to take two or more holidays where they’d normally take one. We suspect that once restrictions ease, it could be a very busy year indeed, so make sure you are ready. Update or upgrade your listing, get those new photographs to us, tell us about your new facilities and look forward to a bigger and better year ahead.
