100 years old sailing vessel rescued after dismasting
The 100 years old sailing vessel Ruth became dismasted when the mast broke whilst sailing off the Cornish Coast. Four people were on board at the time and the master contacted Falmouth Coastguard for assistance. Two crew members of the Lizard lifeboat were put on board and rigged a towline whereby the Ruth was towed to Falmouth Harbour
