Alan has a long history as an award winning chef, working all around the globe. His latest ventures have seen him travel to war torn countries such as Africa, Iraq and Afghanistan and working in the British Embassy in Afghanistan. Alans latest job was an Operations Manager for the British Royal Marines and American Marines in Afghanistan where he oversaw 1,200 staff preparing 45,000 meals a day for our troops.
Grant is an ex-Royal Marine, who has also worked in personal security and managed a bar in Sunderland.
Together they have combined their experience to open Signatures, which specialises in wonderful home cooked traditional English dishes with a modern twist.
