An old merchant house, The Shakespeare Tavern is located in the centre of Bristol by the docks. With a fantastic atmosphere, everyone is made to feel welcome in this popular trouble free pub. Welcome to Bristol Marina, Bristol's only fully serviced Marina in the very heart of Bristol.
At Bristol Marina we have full boat lift out facilities and a boat yard where owners may build or work on their own vessels.
The Marina has a capacity of 100 pontoon berths and 70 shore berths for canal boats river boats and sea going vessels and yachts to a maximum length of 20 mtrs.

The White Lion in Portishead has parts dating back 300 years. Formerly the old mill, the original mill stone is set in the surrounding wall. The wall surrounding the pub was once the sea wall and the tide came right up to it, hence the former water mill.
The pub is just a 5 minute walk from the marina ind serves a range of bar meals including steaks, mixed grills and home made food. We have a good selection of beers and lagers and have a very friendly atmosphere with a good mix of young and old. We also have Sky TV showing all major sporting events.
