A Word of warning, if you are visiting Brighton by boat, rail or train and plan to stay in some form of accommadation book as early as you can or be prepared to count the pebbles on the beach.
So you have been warned.!!

I stayed at Umi, the hotel has been redec and is lovely, with a great opera themed restaurant with live music. You can also get a real coffee as they have a coffee republic within their building - great stay - great views and great location

Looks everyone else is to lazy to voice there comments.Anyway just to keep you up to speed , Belgrave Hotel is now Umi Hotel Brighton and is about 2 miles from Marina in town.
Found the Marina restaurants a bit boring, hence Umi Hotel which by the way is surrounded by restaurants.
Think you could do with a bit of an update in the not to distant future.cheers
