IRISH HEADLOCK

1 shot amaretto
1 shot Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 shot brandy
1 shot Irish whiskey

This is simplicity itself but should be done with care. You also need a largish shot glass. Starting with the whiskey slowly pour each shot into the glass into layers. It is a taste and texture explosion.
