For marina operators

You pay nothing until a boat is in the water.

Boaters tell us their length, beam, draft, power and dates. We send you one email. You tap yes with a price, or no. That is the entire job. If the booking is confirmed you pay 10% of what the boater paid you. If it is not, you pay nothing.

How it works

What actually happens

Four steps, and only one of them is yours.

1
A boater asks for a berth

They fill in the boat once: length, beam, draft, shore power, dates, crew. No more phone tag to find out whether they even fit.

2
You get one email with two buttons

Yes takes you to a short form: price, berth type, how long you will hold it, any note. No takes one tap and an optional reason. Nothing to log into, and it works on a phone on the pontoon.

3
The boater accepts or declines

If they accept, you both get each other's contact details straight away and you deal directly from there. Payment, terms and the berth itself stay entirely between you and them.

4
We invoice the commission monthly

10% of the berth revenue on confirmed bookings only, itemised line by line. Cancelled bookings come off the statement.

Not another directory subscription

Directories charge a flat monthly fee to be listed and then forward enquiries into your inbox. Whether anyone answers, and whether a boat ever ties up, makes no difference to what you pay or to what they earn.

We only get paid when a boat is booked in. That is why chasing the answer is our job, not yours: reminders go out automatically, and if the window closes we tell the boater ourselves rather than leaving them wondering.

What we ask of you

An address that is read

One inbox that a human checks daily in season.

An answer either way, within 48 hours

"No, we are full" is a perfectly good answer and takes one tap.

A real price

Per night or total, including or excluding VAT, your call. "POA" is what boaters are running away from.

Honour the hold

If you hold a berth until a date, hold it until that date.

That is the whole contract on your side. No exclusivity, no minimum term, and you can pause at any time with one email.

Marinas answering right now

Response rate and reply time appear on every marina's page. They are measured from real requests, and they are the reason a boater trusts the answer they get.

The questions everyone asks

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. There is no listing fee, no setup fee and no monthly fee. We earn 10% of the berth revenue on bookings we confirm for you, and nothing at all otherwise.

When is the commission due?

We invoice monthly in arrears for bookings confirmed that month. Every line shows the boater, the dates, what you quoted and what we are charging.

What if the boat never turns up?

Tell us and we take the booking off the statement. We are not going to invoice you for a berth that stayed empty.

Do you take payment from the boater?

No. Money and terms stay between you and them. We introduce you and get out of the way.

Can I keep my own booking system?

Yes. Nothing changes about how you run the marina. This is a way of answering enquiries, not a berth management system.

What if we are full all summer?

Then you tap no, which takes a second, and your response rate stays high. A fast no is worth far more to a boater than silence, and it costs you nothing.

Can I stop?

One email and we pause you the same day. Requests in flight are honoured, nothing new comes in, and your listing reverts to the ordinary enquiry form.

Try it with one email address

We will set you up, send you a live test request so you can see exactly what your team receives, and switch you on when you are happy. It takes about ten minutes of your time.
