Very friendly staff that offer great advice on things to do on this delightful island. Situated on the main street in the village (Very easy to find) its opening hours are frequent and they can advise on pretty much anything on the island including accommodation, flights, ferry services and much more. A very good service with people that obviously love their island!!

We called in the shop on the main street almost every day of our visit and the ladies in the shop couldn't be more helpful. They made the holiday because of the advice and help they offered us. We are quite elderly and not very good on the internet but we were determined to say a big thank you to the lady (We cant remember her name) who was so helpful. So a big thank you from me and Sam.

Its so nice visiting the Visit Alderney tourist information. The staff could not be more helpful or welcoming. They genuinely want your stay to be a great experience so you re-visit. I called in here for some information on the island. Although I hadn't used them for my accommodation, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and patient. They obviously had a genuine love for the island and just wanted us to have a god time and enjoy ourselves. I wish I had asked their names, but im sure they know who they are, so thank you very much for your help.
