The Sulking Room and Gather Deli (Next door) attract your attention well before you go inside. Its pretty obvious that a lot of thought and money has gone into these two establishments. Once entering the first thing that strikes you is how beautiful the décor and setting is (This applies to both places) Gather Deli is not just a deli, and to call it a café would not do it justice, yes they sell coffee and sandwiches etc., but some of the other dishes would grace any restaurant. As we enjoyed it here so much, we had to try the Sulking Room, which is next door and has the same owners. This is a wine bar of very high standard. The atmosphere and ambience are spot on. If your looking for a cheap place to go and have a drink, I wouldn't recommend it, however if you are prepared to pay that little bit extra and sample some great wines and cocktails with good company and lovely staff, then The Sulking Room is the place for you. We absolutely loved it!!
