The Pickled Pig Guernsey
This British themed bar restaurant is attached to the Duke of Normandie hotel and run by the same people. A good wide selection of dishes on the menu, and the portions are very generous. The food is to a much higher standard than most bar restaurants. There is also outside seating, which can be a real suntrap on a sunny day. Well worth a visit and not too hard on the pockets.

Came to eat here on the last night of my friends stay in the hotel, it was a lovely way to round of their visit. The quality of the their produce really shines, my steak was absolutely knock out and the others also loved their food

Some people described this as good pub food, but its much better than that. The setting is more in the style of a nice pub but the food is definitely restaurant standard.Very generous helpings, so if you have a good appetite this is the place for you.

Great relaxing place, would say pub food, but so much better than that. Portions are big, so if your on a diet, have a day off. But if your hungry you wont be when you leave.

As we were moored up in St Peter Port we visited many bars and restaurants in the area. This was our favourite in St Peter Port. Jeane liked it because he thought it was like an English pub. I liked it for the food. Lovely atmosphere and staff. If you have a good appetite you will appreciate the dishes.
Well worth visiting, we will certainly re-visit next year.

Can automatically recommend the Rack of Ribs or the open Steak Sandwich off the bar menu.
You will not be disappointed with either
Enjoy.
