The Mayflower
Visit The Mayflower, a beautiful coastal pub with views over the historic Lymington harbour which offers superb dining and six stunning bedrooms, each with their own unique features and nautical themes.
The gorgeous Georgian port town of Lymington is renowned for its sailing and has not one, but two marinas, making The Mayflower the perfect Hampshire inn for those craving a sailing adventure or a relaxing coastal retreat.
When it comes to food, The Mayflower is committed to supporting all things British and all things local and utilises the excellent local produce available, concentrating on developing a modern but classic food offer. This includes the fresh fish caught in abundance in local waters.
The wine list comprises a balanced offer of wines by the glass and includes choices that complement the flavours of seaside dining, as well as a fine wine section that is very reasonably priced. The Mayflower serves a great range of beers, with four local hand pulled ales and also offers a creative gin menu with an interesting selection of local and English gins.
If you wish to stay the night in one of the beautifully finished bedrooms, you will enjoy the finest Egyptian cotton bed linen, natural Bramley bath and body products and a stunning private bathroom. Specific rooms can be booked if you call The Mayflower directly on 01590 672 160

Called in here on our way to the Isle of Wight. Been refurbished to a high standard, at first We thought it had lost a little of its character, but after being in there for half an hour we felt comfortable and the old pub still keeps its personality.

Lovely bar restaurant with an interesting menu. Really close to the marina. We were told that it had recently undergone a major refurbishment, its to a very high standard. Didnt see the hotel rooms, but if they are on a par with the bar and the food, then they will be perfect.
See you again soon.

Tried the restaurant for the first time since the new owners and we were very impressed. Extremely clean and neat decor, with a imaginative menu. Not seen the rooms, but spoke to someone at the bar who was staying and he said they are beautiful.

Wow! First time we have been here since the refurb.. Lost non of its character, great food. We were a little concerned when we herd that it had been taken over, but the reality is the opposite.Although the pub was run well before, we feel the time was right for a change.
Not seen the rooms yet but apparently they are fab too.
