Our Head Chef and Proprietor Charlie Bartlett began his career training at The Poussin Restaurant, Brockenhurst, where he ignited his passion for elegant dining. After finishing his training, he moved to the Seaview Hotel developing a natural flair and quickly defining his distinctive style, resulting in spending the next 10 years as Head Chef and achieving two AA Rosettes.

We saw this restaurant last year on our visit to Ryde. It looked fantastic, but for some reason we walked onby and atesomewhere else. Now seeing the photos on here, it looks even better. We now wish we ate here that day. Anyway, suffice to say, we will be eating here on our next trip to Ryde next year. Keep you posted x
