All our Hogs are Free Range, locally sourced from Devon farms and are always served with chunky apple sauce, delicious sage and onion stuffing,with freshly baked bread rolls.
All our carving staff are professional chefs. All our Chefs have years of experience and are dedicated to giving you the best quality service they can deliver.
The hogs are all farm reared in Devon and because they are Free Range - it makes the meat less fatty and the Crackling more crispy. By slowly roasting the hog for 5-7 hours it makes the meat extremly moist and tender.
