Dining at the Castle is a delight. Guests have the choice of two award-winning restaurants featuring fresh locally caught sea food, local produce and vegetables from our own kitchen garden.
Open during the summer months and adorned by a magnificent vine, the Conservatory restaurant is light and airy. It has the same convivial atmosphere as the Castle restaurant, but specialises in seafood and offers a delightfully alternative dining experience.

Well of course when visiting these unique islands you just have to visit the Star Castle. Fantastic stroll up the hill to the hotel and restaurant. Thee really isn't a better hotel on the island as far as we are concerned. If you want great service fantastic hospitality and incredible food and not on a tight budget, try it. Its not crazily priced by any means, but remember you pay for what you get, and you get a hell of a lot for your money here.

Fantastic memories of staying at this wonderful hotel. we we really were treated like royalty! Picked up and dropped back off at the airport, fantastic room and food. Advice to anyone coming to these islands and staying here. Book an extra few days if possible, you wont regret it.

This is the jewel in the crown of these beautiful islands. The hotel, restaurant and bar are all to a very high standard, but still very relaxing. we ate here a few times and will return for more next time.

I totally agree, the best hotel by far..we also love the walk up the hill, although we are glad that it's downhill on the way back.. many happy memories here, and we hope there are more to come

Deffinitely the best hotel and restaurant on these beautiful islands. A nice healthy walk up the hill and then you are ready for a drink and a bite to eat. Although we stay on the boat my inlaws stayed at the hotel so we met up here quite a lot. We will do the same on our next trip.
