With 38 bedrooms, Star Castle Hotel boasts both traditional sixteenth century castle accommodation and spacious country cottage garden accomodation within 4 acres of secluded gardens. Our own boatman Tim will visit you during breakfast to help you plan your day Island hopping. We loved pretty much everything about this hotel and its restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food and rooms top quality. The only thing I would point out is that its a bit of an uphill walk to get there, but once you have arrived its well worth it.

Well of course when visiting these unique islands you just have to visit the Star Castle. Fantastic stroll up the hill to the hotel and restaurant. Thee really isn't a better hotel on the island as far as we are concerned. If you want great service fantastic hospitality and incredible food and not on a tight budget, try it. Its not crazily priced by any means, but remember you pay for what you get, and you get a hell of a lot for your money here.

Deffinitely the best hotel and restaurant on these beautiful islands. A nice healthy walk up the hill and then you are ready for a drink and a bite to eat. Although we stay on the boat my inlaws stayed at the hotel so we met up here quite a lot. We will do the same on our next trip.
