My wife bought earrings in the Rhodes location. After only a few days, they broke. I called the owner and informed her of what happened: my wife simply put on the earrings and they broke. She suggested we get them fixed and did not accept any responsibility for what happened. "They were fine in the shop." I told her we were not pleased by the situation, and she hung up on us.
