Scapa is an island single malt forged by the extreme elements of Orkney. ?The distillery itself, a haven amidst the untamed natural beauty and raw elements of the North Sea. Rain fills our lochs and water from the Orquil Springs is used for the mashing process.
A long fermentation, inspired by unhurried life on the islands, and distillation in our unique Lomond still work together to create this unique, layered tropical single malt. Matured in Ex-American Oak casks that are stored in warehouses in Orkney, we ensure that the spirit of Orkney is captured in each drop.
