Omg! These people (Swanns).are absolutely despicable! How they sleep at night is beyond me. They run this prison camp of a marina along with their dipstick son. There's no holding of post, the gangway are lethal and costs involved are extortionate. Avoid at all costs. Lots of people's houseboat are for sale, very many, but at a high commission rate to the marina owners and only through Premier Houseboats. Strange that ????
The owners think they're above the law, I just hope that someone does something about that soon. My close relatives lost £000's dealing with them. Avoid if you value your money and sanity.
