Of course we have indian food when we visit the island. We liked the food here very much and we took some food back to the boat. This was perfect the next day when we heated it up for our sail to France.
Great food to eat in restaurant, but also very good to take to boat or home and heat up. Very nice on a dark calm night in the cockpit with cheaky glass of wine or beer if the skipper allows.

Well its the only Indian restaurant on the island, so obviously to say its the best is not much for the bragging rights. But we honestly thought it was one of our favourite Indian meals we have ever had, and that is some bragging rights.

On any holiday or sailing trip its always important to have a curry. So if an Indian is your choice of food for a night, I dont think there are any other choices. But dont think that the lack of competition has led them to lower the standards! No! This Indian restaurant is as good as, if not better than you will find any where else. This is another estaurant that will be at the top of our list to visit again on our next trip.

Me and Mark love Indian food and trust me this is one of our favourites. We visit all the Channel Islands on our cruising holidays and Alderney is one we always look forward to visiting. we will of course be back this Summer. looking forward to some more fantastic Indian cuisine.

We were really surprised and delighted to find an Indian restaurant on the island. The food and service were second to non. If you like Indian cuisine then this is the place for you.

Dereck loves Indian food, and really loved Nellie Grays, He has to have at least one Indian meal a week. Got to say, both of us were really impressed. For such a small island to have a restaurant as good as this speaks volumes. Our first port of call on our next visit

was surprised to find an Indian restaurant on Alderney, but even more surprised at how good it is. I travel a lot and usually have an Indian on my travels, but rarely find one as good as this.

was going to say the best Indian restaurant on the island, but i think its the only Indian restaurant on the island. But if there was a dozen of them this would still be the best!!

The best Indian in the Channel Islands.

Me, myself and I purchased a takeaway this evening and demolished the lot, and that is unusual for me.
So based on that try it out if you are on a short visit, it's up the hill from harbour but worth the walk.
