​Head Chef Rikas Salmi is of Sri Lankan heritage and specialises in French Cuisine. He is renowned in the local community for his unique take on classic dishes and fantastic presentation. This unusual mix makes for a match made in culinary heaven, where he brings traditional Seafood dishes to life.
The Restaurant itself seats up to 90 comfortably and is the perfect venue for both small and large groups. We are also available for private functions at an additional cost.
