Our overriding focus in the deli is on sourcing the highest quality produce we can, be it from local suppliers or from further afield.
We are lucky enough to have a great set of suppliers who consistently provide us with the highest quality local and continental cheeses and meats.
We stock fresh and high quality pre-packed olives, peppers, capers, tapenades and antipasti products which can be enjoyed on their own, with a glass of wine or as part of meal. We use the same fresh ingredients in our catered deli platters and picnics.
