Many of our dishes are prepared to traditional Shetland recipes and will delight all those looking for a hearty meal to restore them after the day’s adventures. Whether you want to try our in-house cured Shetland salmon gravlax, locally landed haddock and chips or a hearty casserole of Shetland Lamb, our menu is varied enough to suit all tastes.
Our dining areas are split over three adjoining rooms and includes our cosy ‘garden room’, which can seat up to 12 persons privately for dinner. Our small but well stocked bar has a great selection of wines and gins.

Had a great stay during a working trip to Shetland. The hotel and bar are very atmospheric and would make a fantastic film setting. The staff are extremely helpful without being intrusive. The food was of a high standard as was the service. The only downside is that we didn't get to see the Northern Lights! Ah well, maybe next time.

We loved our stay at Busta House Hotel. The staff were fantastic hosts and made us feel very welcome. the rooms are all individual and have their own character, the one I stayed in had a four poster bed. The surroundings are very tranquil. The food is also very good and the bar has enough going on to make a nice atmosphere, without being roudy.
Its a hotel that I would definitely stay in again.

Great hotel, restaurant and bar. Nice and secluded with a short walk to a beach area. Also one of the best spots to see the Northern Lights.
