BRITSAIL is a RYA approved training centre based in Kip Marina, Scotland's Premier Marina, on the West Coast of Scotland specialising in the teaching of all sailing competencies. We run a full programme of RYA theory and practical courses from RYA Essential Navigation & Seamanship and RYA Start Yachting, through RYA Competent Crew, RYA Day Skipper, RYA Coastal Skipper/ YachtmasterŪ and RYA Yachtmaster Ocean from our comfortable classroom and modern sailing yachts.
From our base on the Firth of Clyde we have access to some of the most spectacular and uncrowded sailing grounds to be found anywhere in the UK, or the world for that matter. With the Kintyre Peninsular, the Kyles of Bute, the Isle of Arran, the Isle of Cumbrae, Loch Fyne, Loch Long, Holy Loch and many more potential ports of call on our doorstep with waters that offer superb scenery and wildlife such as dolphins, porpoise and even whales, we promise you an unforgettable experience.
