Bingley’s Bistro is a small intimate restaurant in the Old Town, Poole, just off the quay. We serve fabulous home made food in cosy relaxed surroundings. We are open Wednesday to Saturday from 6pm. Our Bistro Menu changes with the seasons and our excellent value Menu Prix Fixe changes regularly. We are fully licensed with a small select wine list and bar.
We are set in an historic Tudor building which was once owned by a wealthy merchant and Mayor of Poole in 1563 called Thomas Bingley hence our name. We also have a grade 2* listed painted ceiling in our dining room which is believed to have been painted in 1830.
We feel all of this adds to the ambiance of our little restaurant and with space for only 20 customers we fill up quickly and highly recommend reserving your table well in advance.
