This is a new residential development on the site of the Trust's former Historic Dockyard car park, which in turn occupied the site of the old Brickwood's Brewery. Designed by architects David Richmond & Partners and constructed by Crest Nicholson, the development provides 566 apartments ranging from shared ownership one and two bedroom units to exclusive penthouse apartments with breathtaking views across the Historic Dockyard, Portsmouth Harbour and the Solent. Four of these apartments are owned by the Trust and available as holiday accommodation for visitors.
