Informed engineers of problems on my boat at start of June 2025 and told to book in for work using their website. Duly booked in for a service visit and informed them of the problem. Sourced replacement parts to help solve the issue (after diagnosed by myself because of failure to visit and review by AK). Told visit would be 4 week wait so expecting Early to mid July. Constant chasing for updates and to get a firm date for the work to commence only to be continually fobbed off with excuses.
Chased again today - some 2 months after initial enquiry logged only to be told that they cannot work on the boat any further and suggested alternative engineers.
Stated too busy with work in the "yard" and could not take work away from this.
2 months wait to be told they will not work on the boat is unacceptable and terrible customer service. Sounds like the business either only wants top dollar millionaire boats or work to be brought to their doorstep. Possibly now overtrading and I would want to watch the quality of their work.
